Excellent location, close to railway station and market. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Comfortable beds. Convenient access to public transport. Nearby amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants. Daily room cleaning. English-speaking receptionists.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is conveniently located close to the central railway station, which made it very easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a good variety of options to choose from.
There were a few minor issues during my stay, but overall everything was satisfactory.

This hotel in Odessa definitely exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Secondly, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was close to both the central railway station and the city center. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and clean, with attention given to even the smallest details. I was particularly pleased with the affordable prices, making it a great value for money.
All in all, I had a fantastic stay and found no major issues to complain about.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and enjoyed the location, just a short walk away from the city center. The facilities were modern and the rooms were kept very clean. Loved the fact that we could leave our bags at the reception after checking out and explore the city more without being weighed down.
The fact that the hotel only accepted cash was quite inconvenient, especially since we had not brought enough with us. The language barrier with the staff was also an issue, as we could not be understood very well.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was super close to the railway station and a supermarket. It was easy to get to the city center by walking. Plus, the hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

During our New Year stay, the hotel provided a clean and comfortable room which we really appreciated. the location was convenient with key tourist attractions within walking distance. We also liked that the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our vacation more enjoyable.
the hotel was not able to accommodate our request for a room with a view, which was a downer.
